Cross-Registration Procedures

Cross Registration

Due to the ongoing pandemic, it is important that all students participating in cross-registration adhere to the HOST campus current COVID-19 policies.

TO REGISTER FOR A COURSE:

  1. Use search engine to find a desired course.
  2. Fill-out printable cross registration form by clicking here: Cross-Registration Form (PDF) or it may also be found in the course description section of the database
  3. Obtain required signatures from home institution. (Check with your Registrar’s Office for requirements.)
  4. To complete the registration process, submit completed form with appropriate signatures via email to HOST campus.
  5. If driving, ask host school registrar's office about how to obtain a signed consortium parking pass.

TO DROP/WITHDRAW FROM A CROSS-REGISTERED COURSE:

  1. Students must follow the drop/withdrawal deadlines and policies of the HOST institution.
  2. Students may access and fill-out the drop/withdrawal form here.
  3. Please be aware that your decision to drop/withdraw may impact your financial aid.

Home= your school where you are enrolled full time

Host= school where you wish to take a course
