The primary objective of the HECCMA Joint Purchasing Group (JPG) is to establish group purchasing agreements for the financial benefit of its members. Through cooperative relationships, the group enables members to make greater use of scarce or limited resources. The group also provides purchasing directors an opportunity to share valuable information, as well as to promote the development and implementation of effective purchasing management.We also promote use of local vendors to our members through the establishment of local vendor agreements.
